These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the member state in which we operate, and with EU consumer rights where applicable.
Throwmail.io - Disposable Email Service provides temporary, disposable email addresses that allow you to receive emails without using your personal email. The Service may be used without registration (guest use) or with a user account where offered. We do not guarantee delivery, retention, or availability of any message and may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
We may suspend or terminate access (including accounts) for breach of these terms or for any conduct we reasonably consider harmful to the Service or others.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (including EU consumer law where it cannot be excluded), we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including EU Directive 2019/770 and national implementations where applicable), we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunity, arising from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or, if you have not paid us, one hundred euros (100 EUR).
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data in accordance with the GDPR and EU data protection law. By using the Service, you consent to such processing as described therein.
All rights in the Service (including design, branding, and content) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service except as necessary for your own lawful use.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for breach of these terms or for any other reason with notice where reasonably practicable. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including liability limits and governing law) will survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state in which the data controller is established. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts of that member state, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we may provide additional notice where required by law.
